How Do I Order?
Simply visit my Catalog! Payment is processed through Paypal. Thanks to them, you can pay securely with any major credit card, and you don't need a Paypal account! Your order will ship within 2 business days of payment clearance. Simple as that!
How Much is Shipping?
To celebrate 2010, standard shipping to the continental 48 US states is included with every purchase! I can expedite shipping or ship to anywhere in the world, but additional charges will apply. Contact me for further shipping questions and requests.
What Kind of Materials Do You Use?
Everything I can get my hands on! Favorites include Sterling Silver, Jasper, Hematite, Turquoise, Leather and a colorful variety of Semi-Precious Gemstones. I am always hunting for a great bargain to keep the quality of my products high without charging "designer" prices.
Can You Fill Custom Orders?
Yes! As a rule, I only create One of everything you see. However, if you need duplicates (ex. for a bridal party) I can certainly accommodate you. If you like the design of a piece but not necessarily the color or the focal bead/pendant, I can rework it to your liking. I will always send you pics before any bill, so you can rest assured you will receive just what you need!
Do You Accept Returns?
Yes. Although I take great care in creating quality pieces and packaging them to prevent damage, things can happen. If you receive a damaged or undesirable item, I will send you a return shipping label and refund the purchase price once the item is back in my hands. Requests for Refund must be submited within 10 days of the date you receive the item. I will accept returns for Store Credit within 30 days of item receipt, however I do ask that you pay for return shipping.
